Project to provide intensive personalised support to families to: increase parental employment and access to services; raise family income; build capacity of communities to tackle poverty; reduce intergenerational poverty by raising attainment and narrowing the gap. The f.i.t. projects aim to strengthen the social, communication and daily living skills of people affected by poverty. The projects intervene actively to social events in order to prevent the exclusion of certain groups and to achieve participation.
The goal is to have a new neighborhood, and accountability for, and with the aging residents. Housing should be possible as long as possible in their own environment.
